Posted 02/2026 Job Description Job Summary What are your contributions to the team? Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions. Manage the full recruitment cycle, needs assessment, job posting, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding. Conduct market research and advise managers on market trends and hiring practices. Leverage technology tools and platforms to optimize sourcing and enhance the candidate experience. Design and execute candidate generation strategies while building a strong talent pipeline. Participate in strategic projects related to talent acquisition (e.g., employer branding, process improvement). Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote the company's image. Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency. How to thrive in this role? You hold a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred but not a must You have 5 to 8 years of experience in recruitment, including complex and high-volume roles. You have experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry. You have managed multiple roles in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. You are team-oriented, results-driven, and have demonstrated strong influencing skills. Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders. Strong client focus and innovative mindset. Excellent command of sourcing techniques and digital tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). Knowledge of market trends and recruitment best practices. You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
