Remote role- Must be able to travel onsite if needed Job Summary We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, recruitment workflow, interview coordination, and the offer process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills with experience in talent acquisition. Responsibilities Source and identify qualified candidates for open positions. Manage recruitment activities from sourcing through the offer process. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring teams. Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records. Support recruitment for healthcare, IT, corporate, and leadership positions. Ensure timely follow-up throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2+ years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience. Healthcare, IT, corporate, and/or leadership recruiting experience. Ability to commute to NE Ohio locations. Network access, email, Infor/recruiter access, OnBase, S drive

Pay:

$36.00 - $37.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
