Job description Are you experienced in the Food and Beverage service industry? Streetlight Ventures is a fast-growing company that operates some of the most recognizable Boston area and New England brands. We are seeking a motivated and organized person to help with the recruitment and hiring of restaurant employees for several restaurant brands in the Boston area. In this role, you will source potential candidates from our current teams, on-line job postings and engage in local job events and community outreach. Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will collaborate with our various store managers and restaurant leaders to identify needs, oversee posting and organize interviews for store level jobs. To help ensure your success, you should be outgoing, persistent, fun, and personable. Speaking Spanish and/or Portuguese is a big plus. Creative and enthusiastic minds welcomed!

TA Specialist Responsibilities/Qualifications:

Meeting managers to discuss staffing needs. Experience using social media to attract talent and posting ads on all job platforms. Local Networking to find potential candidates. Internal employee outreach to find potential candidates. Use prioritization techniques for contacting applicants. Promoting job opportunities within the businesses. Conducting initial interviews, screenings, and recommendation to Hiring Managers. Organizing and executing job fairs. Complete other onboarding tasks as needed.
