Role The Talent Partner supports full‑cycle recruiting efforts for technical and professional roles within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. This role works collaboratively with a Senior Talent Partner and hiring managers to execute recruiting strategies, manage assigned requisitions, and deliver a high‑quality candidate and hiring manager experience. This role exercises independent judgment in candidate evaluation and recruiting execution for assigned requisitions, in alignment with established recruiting strategy. Ideal candidates are proactive in learning and applying new technologies, comfortable integrating AI tools into their workflow where appropriate, and capable of combining technology with sound business judgment to deliver exceptional results. What You'll Do Manage full‑cycle recruiting for assigned technical and professional roles within the AEC environment, in coordination with the Senior Talent Partner and HR leadership. Partner with hiring managers and the Senior Talent Partner to understand role requirements, project needs, and hiring priorities. Execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, the applicant tracking system (ATS), referrals, and industry‑specific channels, aligned with overall recruiting strategy. Screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment; conduct initial interviews and support interview processes. Conduct detailed comparisons of the hiring managers' needs and the skills of prospective associates to decide which candidates to move forward for consideration. Research and recommend competitive salary ranges to attract top candidates. Coordinate interview logistics, collect feedback, and support informed hiring decisions in collaboration with the recruiting team. Draft and maintain job descriptions using established templates, standards, and guidance from senior recruiting staff. Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Support offer processes, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination with the Senior Talent Partner, talent partner, and HR partners. Maintain accurate and compliant records in the ATS and assist with recruiting metrics and reporting as requested. Contribute to talent pipeline development for recurring AEC roles and hard‑to‑fill positions. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience, under the direction of senior recruiting leadership. Education/Experience Requirements 3-4 years of experience recruiting technical or professional roles, preferably within the AEC industry or a closely related technical environment. Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as: HR management, business, communications) required Experience managing assigned requisitions within a structured recruiting team or department. Ability to evaluate technical skill sets across engineering, design, construction, or consulting roles with guidance when needed. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and standard recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry job posting boards. Proficiency in MS365 platforms (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Experience recruiting engineers, designers, project managers, BIM/VDC professionals, or specialty technical roles preferred. Familiarity with AEC project delivery environments and consulting‑based organizations desired. Exposure to recruiting analytics, workforce planning support, or process documentation. Demonstrated experience using AI, automation, data analytics, or other emerging technologies to improve efficiency, decision-making, collaboration, or business outcomes.
