Talent Partner Saint Francis Health System - 3.6 Oklahoma City, OK Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Bachelor's degree Full Job Description Full Time Candidates must reside in the Tulsa, OK area or surrounding communities. Applicants who do not meet this requirement will not be considered. This position requires onsite attendance during the initial training period. Upon successful completion, the role will transition to a fully remote schedule.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Travel is required to attend local and regional recruitment events.
Job Summary:
The talent partner is responsible for delivering all facets of recruitment success for assigned units. This position delivers high quality candidates. Creates and delivers a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication and service.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in human resource management or closely related field. Licensure, Registration and/or
Certification:
None.
Work Experience:
At least one year of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective and efficient manner. Strong knowledge of general human resources practices, including state and federal regulations related to employment. Working knowledge of effective recruiting/marketing strategies. Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems. Working knowledge of electronic reporting and communication systems.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Identify and engage candidates through pro-active approaches. Review, pre-screen and interview candidates to determine appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements. Processes internal transfer requests. Presents candidate pool to the hiring manager in a timely manner. Regular follow up with respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience. Determines compensation offers through application of authorized methodology and extends job offers. Initiates post-offer processes upon candidate acceptance of contingent offer. Coordinates and attends recruitment events.
Reconciles computer reports:
recruitment work list to position control and to position manager to ensure consistent reporting statistics.
Decision Making:
Ability to effectively carry out non-routine procedures under constantly changing conditions, in conformance with general instructions from supervisor.
Working Relationships:
Works with internal/external customers. Works frequently with individuals at director level or above.
