This position offers a base salary plus commission, performance bonuses and a flexible work environment. The candidate will have experience in recruiting and proven track record at either an agency or corporate level.

Responsibilities:

Work directly with account managers on client hiring needs. Source qualified candidates using your own strategies and the implemented technology. Conduct initial screenings and interviews with candidates. 3+ years of recruiting experience. Ability to understand the needs relationship between client and candidate.
