QUALIFICATIONS

0-2+ years sourcing/recruiting experience Experience and familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Gem, ATS systems i.e. Greenhouse) Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions Working knowledge of relevant employment market trends Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow Working knowledge of engineering skillsets such as Technical Program Managers, Software Engineers, Hardware Engineers, and other common engineering skillsets

COMPENSATION

Base Hourly:

$33/hr - $40/hr Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education and experience.
