What We Look For:

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Manufacturing recruiting experience; aerospace, aviation or DoD strongly preferred Proven success sourcing active and passive candidates Agency, staffing-company or recruiting business ownership experience is highly valued Strong hiring-manager and candidate relationship skills An independent, proactive and resourceful working style Ability to manage urgency without losing communication or follow-through U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance #2989
