Pay Range:
$34.00 - $40.00/hour Seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Talent Acquisition Partner to support full-cycle recruiting across manufacturing sites and corporate functional areas. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes, support workforce planning, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience, including recruiting support for Puerto Rico operations. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders and HR teams to develop and execute recruiting strategies for manufacturing, operations, and corporate roles. Manage full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, and offer negotiation. Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and difficult-to-fill roles, including CDL, operations, and technical positions. Provide market intelligence related to compensation, talent availability, and industry hiring trends. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize hiring needs, manage expectations, and ensure timely hiring outcomes. Support diversity hiring initiatives and promote inclusive hiring practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to talent acquisition projects and initiatives. Required Qualifications Fluency in both English and Spanish. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience; candidates with a High School Diploma or Associate's Degree and strong recruiting experience will be considered. 3+ years of agency and/or corporate recruiting experience. Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or high-volume hiring environments. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholder groups simultaneously. Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience using applicant tracking systems; Workday experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for manufacturing, operations, technical, or CDL positions. Experience supporting multi-site recruiting environments.
