Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Staffing Specialist to join our vibrant recruitment team. Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts utilizing ATS platforms to identify and attract qualified candidates across multiple channels including social media management and cold calling. Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for diverse roles, including technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and internal sourcing initiatives. Conduct comprehensive interviews, assessments, and talent evaluations to ensure candidates meet role requirements and fit within company culture. Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide consultation on employment & labor law compliance, and facilitate effective communication throughout the hiring process. Negotiate employment contracts, offer letters, and employment terms while maintaining transparency and professionalism. Utilize HRIS systems track applicant flow, update candidate records, and generate recruitment reports. Support onboarding processes including employee orientation, training & development programs, and employee evaluation procedures to ensure smooth integration into the organization.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in talent acquisition with a strong background in recruiting across various functions including technical roles and executive positions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly through relationship management and research. Proficiency in ATS platforms like iCIMS, Workday, Taleo or similar systems; familiarity with HRIS tools such as PeopleSoft or SAP is preferred. Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations to ensure compliant hiring practices. Strong negotiation skills paired with the ability to handle contracts and employment agreements confidently. Experience with social media management for recruitment campaigns and lead generation activities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment; demonstrated skills in HR sourcing, employee relations, and succession planning are highly valued.
