High Volume Recruiter - OnsitePosition Summary Marathon Staffing is hiring an Onsite High Volume Recruiter to support recruiting and new-hire activity at a client location. This role is focused on keeping candidates moving through the hiring process quickly and providing a strong onsite experience from initial contact through orientation. Key Responsibilities Recruit and contact candidates for high-volume hourly positions Regularly handle over 100 calls per day supporting job seekers Screen applicants for basic job qualifications, schedule, and interest Help maintain a steady pipeline of candidates Coordinate and facilitate prospective new-hire job tours Assist with new-hire orientation classes Help candidates complete applications and onboarding paperwork Enter and update candidate and new-hire information in company systems Track candidate status, tour attendance, orientation attendance, and hiring results Communicate with Marathon's recruiting and onsite teams regarding hiring needs Provide a professional and welcoming experience to applicants and new hires Qualifications Recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Comfortable speaking with individuals and small groups Good organization and follow-up skills Accurate computer and data-entry skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent Work Environment This is an onsite position located inside a client facility . The role includes a combination of recruiting, candidate interaction, administrative work, job tours, and orientation support.

STR Pay:

$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
