On-site Position Overview We are hiring an experienced Bilingual Recruiter to manage high-volume recruiting for skilled trades and construction positions. This role is ideal for someone who currently works, or has recently worked, in a fast-paced staffing agency or high-volume recruiting environment. The Recruiter will be responsible for consistently identifying, screening, and placing qualified skilled trades professionals while maintaining an active pipeline for current and upcoming workforce needs. This is a hands-on recruiting position focused on daily candidate outreach, phone screens, follow-up, interview coordination, and hiring activity. It is not an executive recruiting, technical recruiting, or HR generalist position. The position is fully on-site in Piedmont, South Carolina, and will work directly with recruiting and operational leadership. What You'll Get Competitive salary based on experience Full-time, direct employment opportunity Four-day workweek Consistent recruiting demand and hiring activity Opportunity to recruit within the skilled trades and construction industries Direct access to hiring managers and operational leadership Long-term career opportunity within a growing organization Supportive and team-oriented recruiting environment What You'll Do Recruit skilled trades and construction employees for active project needs Manage a high volume of open positions and candidates Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, social media, and direct outreach Conduct phone screens to evaluate experience, availability, location, compensation, and job fit Communicate with candidates in both English and Spanish Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates Coordinate interviews, hiring steps, and start dates Follow up with candidates throughout the recruiting and onboarding process Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements Track recruiting activity, candidate progress, and hiring results Maintain accurate candidate information within the applicant tracking system Support recruiting efforts for urgent, project-based, and ongoing hiring needs Build relationships with skilled trades professionals and local labor markets Consistently meet recruiting activity and placement goals What We're Looking For Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish Three or more years of recruiting or staffing experience preferred High-volume staffing agency experience strongly preferred Recent experience recruiting hourly employees Skilled trades, electrical, construction, industrial, manufacturing, or field-service recruiting experience preferred Experience managing multiple openings and candidate pipelines simultaneously Strong phone presence and willingness to conduct frequent candidate outreach Ability to work in a fast-paced and production-focused recruiting environment Strong organization, follow-up, and communication skills Comfortable being measured on recruiting activity, interviews, placements, and hiring results Ability to work on-site in Piedmont, South Carolina Availability to work Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
