Job Description
Hounen Solar America, provides innovative solutions for the US and Internatinoal Solar Module manufacturing with a current focus in the American market. We are searching for an experienced Recruiter in our Summerville, SC plant. The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment for salaried positions, with a primary focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, ensures compliance with employment laws, and delivers a positive candidate experience while meeting organizational hiring goals. Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including hourly, salaried, and hard-to-fill roles Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, and community partnerships Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate assessments Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Extend job offers and support offer negotiations within approved guidelines Hiring Manager Partnership Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and timelines Provide guidance on market conditions, candidate availability, and compensation trends Maintain regular communication on recruiting progress and hiring challenges Candidate Experience & Employer Branding Deliver a professional, inclusive, and positive candidate experience Represent the organization at job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives Promote the company's culture, values, and employment brand Reporting & Systems Maintain accurate candidate records Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring volume Prepare reports and updates for leadership as requested Support onboarding activities and handoff to HR or payroll teams
