Salary Range:
$29.00 - $46.50 Job Summary The Physician Recruiter sources potential candidates through networking, social media, professional organizations, job boards, and other recruiting strategies. Generates, develops, and provides follow-up on Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers placement within Sanford Health. Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with senior leadership, executives, legal department, department chair, as well as community leaders. Assists with direct mail targeted campaigns, renews approved recruitment advertisements, and performs telemarketing. Administers record-keeping systems and provides information for reporting on lead development and contacts from candidates. Schedules phone screenings, interviews, and presents candidate information to appropriate departments. Ensures each provider is scheduled appropriately for site visit. Implements projects as assigned and assists with other office duties. Knowledge of various medical specialties as well as how to evaluate a Curriculum Vitae (CV). Microsoft Office experience a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers is essential. Must be organized and offer prompt and consistent follow-up with stakeholders. Astuteness and attention to detail is crucial. Must be self-directed with a high level of accountability and minimal supervision. Must present a professional attitude, attire and demeanor. Obtains strong project management, organizational, written and verbal communication skills required. Travel required for site visits, educational conferences, career fairs, recruitment physician specialty conferences, and other business meetings and activities. Work hours vary according to recruitment visits and physician schedules. May work closely with firms and independent contractors when needed to secure coverage for physician and advanced practice provider coverage. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required. In lieu of education, leadership may accept four years of applicable experience. Area of focus in Healthcare, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Public Relations or related field preferred. Two years of relevant experience preferred. Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment (AAPPR) Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) certification preferred.
