Job Description
Description As a Talent Acquisition Specialist II, you will be responsible for executing full-life-cycle recruitment responsibilities, building our employment brand, and collaborating with Talent Advisors to provide a world- class hiring experience for Hiring Managers and candidates. The Human Resources Strategic Capabilities Unit develops, retains, rewards and attracts talent needed for the business to attain strategic and operational goals.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with Talent Advisors to provide a seamless and exceptional hiring experience for Hiring Managers and candidates by participating in activities including candidate sourcing, pre- screening, offer creation, and salary negotiation.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing and outreach strategies to attract top talent for strategic positions.
- Build and maintain our employment brand through networking, social media, and community outreach.
- Maintain accountability for key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, to optimize recruitment results, reduce hiring cycles, and improve overall talent acquisition performance.
- Interface with BAE Systems SMS management and employees, communicating and interpreting established policies, procedures, and laws.
- Ensure adherence to established hiring processes and procedures.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company.
- Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master's Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
