We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in our Brentwood, TN location! In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growing organization. You'll collaborate with hiring managers, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. We're looking for someone who is detail-orientated and has strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will work well across teams, is willing to learn and grow and exercises good judgement. What you'll be doing: Facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process for all positions within the organization. Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate qualifications. Develop job postings and manage job advertisements on multiple platforms. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. Facilitate and guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a positive experience. Manage interview scheduling and feedback collection. Initiate all pre-screening tests/requirements Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. Enhance the candidate's experience by providing timely updates and clear communication. Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking functions. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate databases and reports. Stay updated on labor laws, diversity hiring practices, and industry trends Other duties as assigned. What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related degree required. 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR required. Internal corporate recruiting experience required. Experience with compliance related items preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment. Ability to be proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. Detail-oriented and computer literate. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information. Comfortably having difficult conversations tactfully and professionally.
