Job Description

We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a paper and packaging organization in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This Long-term Contract position focuses on managing recruitment activities from talent identification through candidate selection while partnering with hiring teams to maintain an efficient and well-organized experience. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in corporate recruiting, interview coordination, and applicant tracking systems, along with the ability to build strong candidate pipelines.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned openings, from sourcing talent to supporting final hiring decisions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define candidate profiles, and align recruiting strategies with business priorities.
  • Identify strong candidates through proactive sourcing methods, job postings, and talent pipeline development.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate experience, skills, and overall fit for each role.
  • Manage candidate movement within the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate, up-to-date recruiting records.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback from stakeholders, and help drive timely hiring decisions.
  • Communicate consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process to deliver a positive and well-organized experience.
  • Support corporate recruiting initiatives by monitoring hiring activity and helping improve recruitment effectiveness.
