This position partners closely with leadership, hiring managers, and external organizations to develop recruiting strategies that support workforce needs and organizational growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic, relationship-focused recruiter with extensive healthcare recruitment experience, strong sourcing and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority searches in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other designated clinical roles. Partner with clinical and operational leaders to assess staffing needs, establish position requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies. Create and execute sourcing plans using professional networks, specialty associations, job boards, residency and fellowship programs, referrals, social media, and direct outreach. Build and maintain pipelines of qualified passive and active candidates for current and anticipated needs. Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews, site visits, leadership meetings, and community tours. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing a professional and responsive experience throughout the recruitment process. Prepare and present competitive offers in partnership with Human Resources, Compensation, Legal, and organizational leadership. Support contract discussions and facilitate a smooth transition from offer acceptance through onboarding. Coordinate with credentialing, medical staff services, licensing, immigration, relocation, and onboarding teams as applicable. Develop strong relationships with residency programs, medical schools, professional associations, recruitment firms, and community partners. Advise leaders on market conditions, compensation trends, candidate availability, and recruitment best practices. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the applicant tracking system and other recruitment platforms. Monitor recruitment metrics, including time to fill, candidate conversion, sourcing effectiveness, vacancy rates, and recruitment expenses. Ensure recruitment activities comply with organizational policies and applicable federal, state, and local employment requirements. Represent One to One Health at career fairs, conferences, networking events, and other recruitment activities. Mentor or provide guidance to recruiters as assigned. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At least five years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including three years of physician or advanced practice provider recruitment experience. Demonstrated success recruiting for specialized or difficult-to-fill healthcare positions. Experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and recruitment technology. Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates, physicians, and operational leaders. Ability to manage multiple searches, competing deadlines, and confidential information with professionalism. Ability to travel as needed for site visits, conferences, and recruitment events.
