40.0 Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting: intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, technical requirements, and project timelines Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies beyond traditional job boards (industry networks, referrals, niche platforms, etc.) Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and hard-to-fill roles Screen candidates for technical fit, cultural alignment, and compliance requirements (including nuclear standards where applicable) Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience Support offer development, negotiation, and onboarding processes Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)-Bullhorn experience a plus Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and, when applicable, nuclear industry hiring requirements (e.g., background checks, US person status) Requirements 3-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or skilled trades Experience recruiting for nuclear, energy, or other highly regulated industries strongly preferred Proven ability to source hard-to-find technical talent Strong understanding of recruiting tools, ATS systems, and sourcing platforms Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with compliance requirements in nuclear or government-related hiring is a plus Experience recruiting for machinists, CNC operators, engineers, quality control inspectors, or similar technical roles Supporting projects tied to nuclear facilities, DOE, or defense-related work a plus System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
