Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our client in the banking industry to work onsite in Knoxville, Tennessee on a Contract basis. This onsite opportunity is ideal for a talent specialist who can lead hiring efforts across multiple teams, manage a busy requisition load, and deliver a strong candidate experience. The role offers the chance to make an immediate impact while supporting a range of business-critical hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the recruiting lifecycle from initial sourcing through offer delivery for openings across several business areas.
  • Develop talent pipelines for current vacancies and upcoming hiring needs using proactive outreach and market research.
  • Evaluate applicants through resume reviews, screening conversations, and structured interviews to determine fit for each role.
  • Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing priorities, align on candidate profiles, and move searches forward efficiently.
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews, ensuring clear communication between candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Support hiring for a variety of positions, including customer-facing and fraud-related call center roles.
  • Provide candidates and internal talent with thoughtful guidance on career direction, role alignment, and development opportunities where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system and prepare updates for stakeholders as needed.
