Crown Staffing is currently seeking an experience Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter to join our team in the Springfield, TN area. At least 2 years experience in Staffing/Recruiting preferred Bilingual- able to speak and read/write English and Spanish- preferred Schedule is 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday Pay is $16.00-$18.00, based on experience, and will be discussed further during interview process Able to start immediately Able to work well in a team setting (team player) Organized Punctual Proficient in Excel, Word, etc. Staffing multiple positions in multiple fields of work Insert inbound and make outbound calls Conduct interviews, orientations, assist with application process Business casual dress
