Works in partnership with Hiring Managers and Talent Advisors to ensure the success of hiring initiatives. Build strategies to identify and attract top talent, partner with internal clients to ensure a positive candidate experience and have a deep understanding of the talent market and candidate profiles. Responsibilities Source, engage, and assess candidates for Data Center roles through direct outreach, referrals, local partnerships, and talent events. Build and maintain proactive pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on priorities, candidate profiles, and market conditions. Represent the Data Center at local hiring events and community outreach activities. Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and candidate conversion to continuously improve results.

US:

Hiring Range in USD from: $59,100 to $118,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Paid time off:

Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 9. 11 paid holidays 10.
