This Contract position will focus on attracting and evaluating talent for manufacturing and warehouse roles while helping move candidates efficiently through the hiring process. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing ability, solid interviewing experience, and a practical understanding of onboarding coordination and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities:

Source candidates with experience in manufacturing and warehouse openings through job boards, databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels. Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess experience, availability, and overall fit for open positions. Manage recruiting activity across the hiring lifecycle, from outreach and interview coordination through offer-stage support. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and maintain a consistent pipeline of talent for active requisitions. Conduct interviews and present candidate insights to support timely and informed hiring decisions. Assist with pre-employment steps, including onboarding coordination and pre-employment screening processing for selected candidates. Maintain accurate candidate records and workflow updates within the applicant tracking system. Support a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely follow-up throughout the recruitment process. Experience recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, or other high-volume operational roles. Demonstrated ability to manage full cycle recruiting activities from sourcing through onboarding support. Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing strategies across multiple recruitment channels. Strong interviewing and pre-screening skills with the ability to evaluate candidate qualifications effectively. Proficiency using an applicant tracking system to document activity and manage requisitions. Solid communication and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple openings at once. Familiarity with candidate screening coordination and new employee onboarding processes.
