Bilingual Account Manager Arlington, TX Full-Time | Direct Hire | Immediate Opportunity At Jibe Staffing , people come first. We are more than a staffing agency. In this role, you will support recruiting operations, candidate engagement, and onsite workforce management in a fast-paced environment. Schedule Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pay Competitive pay based on experience Key Responsibilities Manage recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates Serve as a primary point of contact for associates and client partners Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and employee engagement initiatives Monitor attendance, productivity, and overall workforce performance Support daily staffing operations including shift coverage and scheduling Maintain strong relationships with associates to ensure a positive work experience Partner with internal leadership to ensure operational goals are met Maintain accurate records and reporting within company systems Promote a safe, compliant, and positive work environment Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce management preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Why Join Jibe Staffing?
