Job Description

Pay Range:

$30/hr. - $35/hr. on W2 #

LP Job Summary:

This role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for entry-level and graduate talent. You will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract high-quality candidates. The position requires ensuring a positive candidate journey while driving efficient hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct full-cycle recruitment for intern and graduate programs. Advise hiring teams on talent market trends and staffing strategies. Maintain a superior candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Screen and present qualified candidates to hiring managers. Collaborate with internal talent acquisition teams.

Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Industry Experience:

Prior recruiting experience within the FinTech industry and hiring into various Early Careers programs is preferred.
