In this energetic and fast-paced role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top-tier candidates across various disciplines, including clinical staff, HR professionals, and executive leadership. Your expertise will drive talent acquisition strategies, foster strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring experience. Responsibilities Manage full cycle recruiting processes, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all stakeholders Utilize talent acquisition platforms such as iCIMS, Taleo, Workday, and HRIS systems like PeopleSoft and UltiPro to identify and attract qualified candidates Conduct comprehensive research on market trends to develop innovative sourcing strategies that meet organizational staffing needs Engage in candidate sourcing through social media management, cold calling, and leveraging employment & labor law knowledge to attract diverse talent pools Build and maintain strong candidate relationship management (CRM) systems to nurture talent pipelines for current and future openings Collaborate closely with C-suite executives and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans Lead external recruiting efforts for specialized roles such as clinical staff or executive positions while managing teams of recruiters to meet hiring goals Negotiate employment contracts, manage employment law compliance, and oversee employee orientation and onboarding processes Track recruitment metrics using ATS tools like Lever or PeopleSoft to optimize recruitment process management and improve hiring outcomes Skills Extensive experience with talent management systems including Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, UltiPro, Salesforce, Kronos, Paychex, and HRIS platforms Strong knowledge of employment & labor law applicable to talent acquisition and human resources management Proven ability in candidate sourcing techniques such as social media management, campus recruitment, cold calling, and external recruiting channels Expertise in full cycle recruiting including candidate screening, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding Excellent communication skills for client communication, candidate engagement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams Skilled in market trends analysis to identify emerging talent pools and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly Demonstrated success in managing teams of recruiters while fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement Familiarity with HR tools like PeopleSoft, iCIMS, Taleo, UltiPro for recruitment process management Ability to navigate employment contracts, employee relations issues, employee evaluation processes, and training & development initiatives Embark on a rewarding career where your talent acquisition expertise makes a tangible impact!
