This strategic recruiting professional will play a critical role in attracting, identifying, and securing top talent across the organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, the Senior Internal Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to support both immediate staffing needs and long-term workforce planning initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, and is passionate about developing innovative recruitment strategies that drive organizational success. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for professional, administrative, operational, and leadership positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to determine qualifications and organizational fit. Coordinate and facilitate candidate interviews and hiring processes. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for anticipated hiring needs. Partner with the Director of Human Resources to enhance and implement recruitment strategies and best practices. Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring activity, candidate flow, and market trends. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Participate in employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities. Maintain compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Assist with onboarding efforts and recruiting-related HR projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field . 5+ years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruitment responsibilities. Experience recruiting for a variety of positions, including professional and exempt-level roles. Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies, candidate sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies. Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leadership. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting recruitment efforts in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or corporate environments. Knowledge of workforce planning and talent acquisition strategy development. HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or
SHRM-SCP
) is a plus.Pay:
