This role combines high-volume recruiting, workforce engagement, and onsite operations management to ensure exceptional service delivery and workforce success. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and has a passion for connecting people with opportunities. Mission To drive workforce success by recruiting top talent, fostering worker engagement, and strengthening client relationships to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. What You'll Do Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard contingent workers Maintain a strong talent pipeline to support ongoing staffing needs Conduct orientations and pre-employment processes Manage daily workforce engagement including attendance, check-ins, and performance monitoring Build strong relationships with client leadership and workforce teams Anticipate staffing demands and adjust recruiting strategies proactively Serve as a primary point of contact for employee onboarding and workplace questions Partner with HR and compliance teams to ensure labor law and policy compliance Support employee retention and engagement initiatives Organize workforce appreciation and client engagement events Assist branch operations and additional recruiting efforts as needed What Success Looks Like Fast and effective placement of qualified candidates High employee retention and engagement Strong client satisfaction and communication Accurate onboarding and compliance documentation Consistent workforce coverage and operational support Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish Onsite Recruiting experience 3+ years of recruiting, staffing, HR, or workforce management experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of recruiting strategies and workforce planning Familiarity with HR processes, employment laws, and compliance standards Problem-solving mindset with a customer-service approach

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
