Position Overview Joining at a time of transformation, this role is the operational engine behind Talent Acquisition excellence. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is not simply scheduling interviews—this role orchestrates the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring speed, precision, and a level of care that reflects our brand. You will serve as a critical partner to recruiters, hiring leaders, and the VP of Talent Acquisition, enabling decision velocity, elevating candidate experience, and driving consistency across the recruiting lifecycle. This role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will bring structure where there is complexity, anticipate needs before they arise, and continuously improve how we work. When done well, you will: Elevate the candidate experience at scale Increase speed and quality of hiring decisions Enable recruiters and leaders to focus on high-impact work Bring discipline and excellence to how we hire Core Accountabilities Candidate Experience & Interview Operations Deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience from scheduling for Executive Recruitment through background to offer stage Manage complex scheduling across time zones, senior leaders, and panel interviews Coordinate candidate travel, logistics, and communications with precision and professionalism Ensure interviewers are prepared with materials, context, and expectations Recruiting Process Execution Manage the TA Inbox, owning communication and relationships across multiple functions, levels, and geographies Manage candidate workflow within Workday (ATS), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity Move candidates efficiently through the hiring lifecycle, including interviews, feedback, offers, and background checks Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure speed, quality, and consistency across all processes Maintain high standards of confidentiality and data accuracy Executive Support (VP, Talent Acquisition) Manage and optimize the calendar of the VP of Talent Acquisition, ensuring alignment to priorities Coordinate leadership meetings, interview debriefs, and key talent discussions Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively solve for efficiency and focus Serve as a trusted operational partner in managing time, priorities, and workflows Cross-Functional Partnership Collaborate with Recruiters, HR Business Partners, People Operations, and hiring leaders Act as a connector across teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication Support recruiting initiatives including hiring events, onboarding coordination, and special projects Help troubleshoot system, process, or scheduling challenges in real time Process Excellence & Reporting Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and key metrics Support candidate surveys and experience feedback loops Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce friction, and enhance efficiency Contribute to the evolution of recruiting processes and tools Experience & Successful Profile 2-5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or high-volume scheduling Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred) Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex scheduling with multiple stakeholders Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and operate with urgency in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality Leadership Characteristics Owner's mindset: takes accountability for outcomes, not just tasks Operational excellence: brings structure, precision, and consistency Customer focus: treats candidates and stakeholders with care and urgency Continuous improvement: actively seeks better, faster, smarter ways of working Team-first approach: enables others to perform at their best
