Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Recruit, interview, assess, and place highly skilled technical professionals on contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent assignments.Candidate Attraction & Sourcing:
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract top talent within your specialist market.Candidate Assessment:
Conduct detailed telephone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews to evaluate technical capabilities, motivations, and suitability for client opportunities.Talent Pipeline Development:
Build and maintain a strong network of qualified professionals, creating a sustainable pipeline of talent for current and future vacancies.Relationship Management:
Develop long-term relationships with candidates, providing career guidance, market insights, and ongoing support throughout their professional journey.Contractor Care:
Maintain regular communication with contractors and recently placed candidates to ensure service excellence, gather feedback, and generate referrals.Client Account Management:
Manage and grow existing client relationships while delivering exceptional service levels and recruitment outcomes.Business Development:
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market mapping, lead generation, and client outreach.Strategic Client Partnerships:
Build trusted relationships with decision-makers through both virtual and face-to-face meetings, becoming a valued recruitment partner.Commercial Growth:
Identify opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to increase market share and revenue generation.Compliance Excellence:

Recruitment Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of agency recruitment experience , preferably within a technical, engineering, energy, life sciences, manufacturing, or professional services environment.Sales & Business Development Skills:
Proven success developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships.Relationship Builder:
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, engage, and build credibility with clients and candidates.Results-Driven Mentality:
Demonstrated success working in a target-oriented environment and consistently exceeding performance expectations.Commercial Awareness:
Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, pipeline management, and business development activity.Highly Organised:
