Job Description

Staffing Network is looking for a hard-working, customer service-oriented Onsite Staffing Specialist to join our team in Denton, TX.
Shift:
6:30 am - 4:30pm The primary focus of Onsite Staffing Specialistwill primarily be onboarding new employees, employee check-ins, handing out PPE, going over GMP's and training, and adhering to safety regulations. Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, standard operation procedures (SOP's), and applicable federal and state regulations. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are a must! Essential Job Functions for Onsite Staffing Specialist (the list below is not all-inclusive):
  • Interface regularly with clients, candidates, and/or employees ensuring prompt and professional answers to inquiries, client orders, and operational services are always met timely.
  • Employee check-ins at each shift start.
  • Reviewing GMP's with each employee and making sure they have PPE.
  • Submit accurate and required client requirements via screening vendors and report to the Compliance department.
  • Run reports for our client.
  • Perform all other additional duties and projects assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
  • 2 years previous staffing experience
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task under constantly changing priorities (fast paced)
  • Unsurpassed customer service skills and professionalism
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

$52,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
