This role is vital in attracting, sourcing, and onboarding qualified nursing professionals to meet the staffing needs of our healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in talent management, full cycle recruiting, and human resources, with a focus on healthcare staffing. You will play a key role in building relationships with prospective candidates and ensuring compliance with employment laws while maintaining a high volume recruitment process. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will drive successful talent acquisition initiatives that support our mission to deliver exceptional patient care.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in nursing, healthcare recruitment, required. 2. Excellent organizational skills. 3. Knowledge of current computer software. 4. Travel required, local, statewide and within the United States. 5. Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to STHS's Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issue(s) to the Compliance Officer.
EDUCATION / LICENSURE
1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or related field. 2. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license, preferred.
