Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple departments, working closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent. As the primary ambassador of our employer brand, you will manage candidate relationships from initial outreach to job offer, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey.
Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for open positions.
Stakeholder Partnership:
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and establish clear hiring criteria and scorecards.
Proactive Sourcing:
Build strong talent pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, social media, industry networking events, and internal referral programs.
Screening Selection:
Review applications, conduct thorough phone screenings, and evaluate candidates based on job qualifications and alignment with company values.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interview loops between candidates and internal hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and structured process.
Offer Management:
Extend employment offers, navigate salary negotiations, and guide prospective employees through the acceptance process.
Candidate Experience:
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely updates, clear communication, and professional feedback.
Employer Branding:
Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
Data Analytics:
Maintain accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source-of-hire, offer acceptance rate).
Compliance:
Ensure all hiring activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and fair hiring practices.
