DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Screening and Assessing of Candidates Scheduling, Following Up with Candidates for Interviewing/Onboarding/Orientation Conducting Virtual & Phone Interviews Entering Employee Records & Schedules Coordinating Hiring Needs with Restaurant Leadership Assimilate New Hires into Company Culture & Monitor Hiring Progress Prepare New Hire Uniforms & Training Materials New Hire Orientation Facilitator Attend Weekly Talent & Development Dept Training Meetings This is a Support Position Reporting to the Talent & Development Team Lead In- store Training with New Hires
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS
Bilingual (Spanish and English) language skills in speaking, reading & writing
Language:
Spanish (Required) Application of Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop is a Plus Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment A strong communicator with a cheerful and positive disposition A self-starter who can stay on task with multiple workstreams
