Job Description
Are you passionate about building strong teams and supporting caregivers who make a difference every day? Home Instead is seeking a Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator to lead strategic recruiting, caregiver engagement, and retention efforts. In this role, you will take a proactive approach to staffing by partnering closely with our Scheduling Team to anticipate hiring needs, maintain a strong caregiver pipeline, and ensure we have the right Care Pros available to meet client needs. You will recruit, interview, onboard, and support caregivers while fostering a culture of recognition, engagement, and professional growth. What You'll Do Develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies to attract high-quality Care Pros. Collaborate with schedulers to identify current and future staffing needs. Conduct behavioral and situational-based interviews to evaluate candidates' integrity, judgment, compassion, and commitment to quality care. Lead caregiver onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training initiatives. Create meaningful engagement and retention programs that promote caregiver satisfaction and long-term success. Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for Care Pros throughout their employment journey. What We're Looking For Experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, healthcare, or a related field Strong interviewing skills with the ability to utilize behavioral and situational-based questions to identify ethically driven, service-oriented candidates. A strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate workforce needs and develop proactive recruiting solutions. Passion for caregiver engagement, recognition, and retention. Strong attention to detail, particularly in the onboarding process, ensuring all hiring, training, compliance, and documentation requirements are completed accurately and timely. Ability to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. A self-starter who thrives in a mission-driven environment and is committed to supporting both caregivers and clients. Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 per weekBenefits:
