Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, people-focused Onsite Recruiter to lead recruiting efforts and workforce support. This role is responsible for attracting and hiring quality talent, building strong relationships with employees, and ensuring smooth day-to-day workforce operations. Through proactive recruiting, employee engagement, and operational support, the Onsite Recruiter plays a critical role in delivering outstanding service, workforce stability, and long-term business success. Duties Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, pre-employment activities, and scheduling onboarding of new hires. Manage open requisitions from approval and job posting through offer acceptance and successful placement. Coordinate temporary, contract, and direct-hire staffing needs by partnering with staffing agencies, hiring managers, and workforce leaders to ensure operational success. Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to support current hiring demands and future workforce growth. Establish and foster strong relationships with candidates, employees, hiring managers, and business leaders. Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a positive employee experience and successful transition into the organization. Ensure compliance with all company policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements throughout the hiring and employment lifecycle. Maintain, monitor and analyze recruiting metrics, hiring trends, workforce data, and operational performance to drive continuous improvement. Partner with leadership to develop workforce planning strategies and identify staffing solutions that support business objectives. Assist with workforce scheduling, employee communications, and day-to-day operational support as needed. Proactively source and attract qualified candidates for a variety of positions across multiple locations and states. Utilize social media platforms, job boards, networking opportunities, and recruitment marketing strategies to strengthen employer branding and talent attraction efforts. Participate in special projects, process improvement initiatives, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bilingual skills required (English & Spanish). Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, or workforce management experience preferred. Knowledge of employment and labor laws to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process. Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively interview candidates and present employment opportunities. Experience utilizing social media platforms, recruiting technologies, and campus recruitment strategies to attract talent. Skilled in negotiation techniques and offer management to achieve positive hiring outcomes. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with management and cross-functional teams. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office, and other recruiting technologies.
