Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Houston, Texas. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone who is detail oriented and has a strong background in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing talent for high-volume roles. The selected candidate will play a key role in identifying and onboarding skilled Account Managers within the tech industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
  • Identify and attract top talent for Account Manager roles within the tech sector.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of candidates with relevant experience.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate candidate records.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple open positions while adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress and challenges.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience. Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, specifically for Account Manager roles in the tech industry.
  • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Strong ability to manage high-volume recruitment needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Demonstrated success in quickly ramping up recruitment efforts and meeting hiring targets.
  • Knowledge of best practices in corporate recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
