Job Description
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and talent requirements.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Recruit for positions including project management, construction management, operations leadership, estimating, VDC/BIM, project controls, accounting, finance, HR, safety, procurement, recruiting, and executive leadership.
- Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess technical qualifications, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and hiring team feedback.
- Prepare candidate summaries and hiring recommendations for leadership review.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting workflows within JazzHR and other recruiting systems.
- Support offer generation, offer presentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring activity, pipeline health, and search progress.
