Benefits are available the 1 st day of the month following 60 days of employment. The following benefits available are medical, dental, and vision We are seeking a dedicated and proactive bilingual recruiter who will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for field positions. As the first point of contact for both candidates and the company, this role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage a high volume of candidates in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates should have experience in recruitment, preferably within similar industries, and a passion for working with people.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment process for field positions, with potential for corporate recruitment as needs evolve. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience. Utilize bilingual skills (English and Spanish) to effectively communicate with a diverse candidate pool. Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing needs and provide tailored solutions. Schedule and coordinate interviews, managing all candidate communications. Handle background checks, drug screenings, and other onboarding procedures.

Qualifications:

2+ years of recruiting experience, especially in high-volume roles. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Experience in recruiting for similar industries is a plus. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and maintain a high level of organization. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on candidate experience.
