Job Description Our client is seeking a talented and driven Recruiter to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying top talent, and partnering with hiring leaders to support the organization's growth. The successful candidate will take ownership of recruiting activities from initial sourcing through offer acceptance, while providing exceptional experience to both candidates and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and recruitment priorities. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other recruiting channels. Review applications and resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments. Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain consistent communication. Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within the company's ATS. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and anticipated openings. Partner with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and provide recruiting insights and recommendations.
