What You'll Do:

Oversee and manage daily onsite operations, including scheduling, shift coverage, and workforce planning Act as the primary point of contact for associates, clients, and visitors Support onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement initiatives Monitor attendance, performance, and productivity metrics Train, coach, and mentor onsite team members to meet performance expectations Partner with internal departments and leadership to ensure seamless staffing operations Promote a safe, compliant, and positive work environment Deliver timely reports and insights on site performance and challenges

What We're Looking For:

Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required) Proven experience in onsite recruiting or workforce management Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Flexible schedule, including availability for some evenings and weekends Why Jibe Staffing?
