This position is ideal for a hands-on staffing professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing associate needs, and partnering with the client to ensure smooth daily operations.

Saturday-Monday, 6:00 AM-6:00

PM Pay:

$25.00 per hour

Location:

Onsite, Mesquite Bilingual Preferred Responsibilities Manage day-to-day staffing operations for a high-volume workforce account Monitor attendance, call-offs, tardiness, and staffing levels Communicate with associates regarding schedules, policies, and workplace concerns Partner with client leadership to address staffing needs and operational issues Conduct new-hire check-ins and assist with onboarding and orientations Track and report workforce activity, attendance, and staffing updates Maintain strong relationships with both the client and assigned associates Address employee concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary Assist with recruiting and filling open positions as needed Ensure staffing coverage and workforce needs are met throughout the weekend Maintain accurate documentation and follow Snelling and client policies Qualifications Previous staffing, onsite management, workforce coordination, or high-volume recruiting experience Experience managing a large hourly workforce preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Must be dependable and comfortable working a weekend schedule Our Commitment to
