This position is responsible for recruiting and onboarding qualified employees while also providing on-site support at assigned client locations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced staffing environment, communicating with employees and clients, solving day-to-day workforce issues, and meeting hiring goals. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred due to regular communication with our workforce. Key Responsibilities Recruit, screen, interview, and place candidates for warehouse, manufacturing, and other light-industrial positions. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and upcoming client needs. Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and required employment documentation. Coordinate employee start dates, schedules, shift assignments, and client requirements. Provide on-site support at assigned client facilities. Monitor employee attendance, tardiness, call-offs, and no-shows. Assist with timekeeping and verify employee hours for payroll. Communicate daily with client supervisors and management regarding staffing needs and employee performance. Address employee questions, concerns, attendance issues, and workplace matters professionally. Assist with coaching, corrective action, and employee separations when necessary. Conduct employee check-ins and help improve attendance and retention. Maintain accurate employee records and confidential HR documentation. Follow company policies, client requirements, and workplace safety procedures. Respond quickly to last-minute staffing needs and employee replacements. Build positive working relationships with employees, candidates, supervisors, and clients. Qualifications Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, workforce management, or on-site staffing operations preferred. Experience with warehouse, manufacturing, or light-industrial staffing is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organization and follow-up skills. Ability to handle employee concerns and workplace situations professionally. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, email, and applicant tracking/timekeeping systems. Must be dependable and able to maintain confidentiality. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned client locations as needed.
