In this role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent across various departments. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help us build a strong workforce by managing high-volume recruitment processes efficiently. Duties Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as UltiPro and Kenexa BrassRing to manage candidate pipelines Conduct candidate sourcing through social media marketing, job boards, campus recruitment events, and cold calling to generate leads Screen resumes, interview candidates, and coordinate interview schedules to ensure a seamless hiring process Negotiate offers with candidates and facilitate employment & labor law compliance throughout the hiring cycle Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external recruitment agencies, and educational institutions for ongoing talent acquisition efforts Support onboarding activities including employee orientation, training & development programs, and employee evaluation processes Experience Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, high volume recruitment, or technical recruiting within a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques, employment law in talent management, and HR legal compliance standards Familiarity with talent management software such as UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing, as well as HR systems like ATS platforms Excellent negotiation, communication, relationship management, and research skills Experience with social media marketing for recruitment purposes and lead generation strategies Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a high-volume setting Prior experience in employee relations, succession planning, or HR training & development is a plus Join us as a Part Time Hiring Coordinator and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to attracting top talent!
