Job Description

Overview The Danos Junior Recruiter will support hiring efforts across multiple regions, including the Permian, Delaware, Gulf Coast, South Texas, and Rockies. This role focuses on screening and coordinating candidates for a wide range of field and office positions in a high-volume recruiting environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting. Responsibilities Conduct a high volume of initial phone screens to assess candidate experience, qualifications, availability, pay expectations, location, and overall fit for open positions. Post open positions in the ATS system and across external job boards. Partner closely with Account Managers to review open roles, hiring priorities, and candidate needs on a regular basis. Help coordinate interviews and candidate communication as needed. Support recruiting efforts across regions as needed, stepping in to assist wherever workload demands Qualifications 1+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, or administrative support required. Oil and gas industry knowledge or related experience strongly preferred Strong communication skills and professional phone presence. Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume workload. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems, ATS platforms, and recruiting tools Reliable, flexible, and willing to support where needed. Must meet conditional job offer requirements
