The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and have a strong background in high-volume staffing and recruiting. This position is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and supporting employees while ensuring exceptional client service and compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Recruit, source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates for a variety of positions. Manage high-volume recruiting efforts while maintaining quality hiring standards. Fill urgent and last-minute staffing requests to meet client demands. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees, and clients. Conduct employee check-ins and provide workforce support as needed, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends when business needs require. Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure all hiring documentation is completed accurately and timely. Maintain compliance with company policies, client requirements, and employment regulations. Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, placements, and employee records within company systems. Collaborate with branch management and clients to understand staffing needs and workforce planning. Assist with employee relations matters, attendance tracking, and workforce retention efforts. Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach activities to attract talent. Maintain accurate and organized candidate and employee records within the applicant tracking system. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Previous recruiting experience in a staffing agency environment preferred. Experience with Ultra-Staff EDGE or similar applicant tracking systems preferred. Proven success in high-volume recruiting and staffing operations. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruiting software platforms. Schedule & Availability Full-time position. Must be flexible and available to work extended hours, early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed to support client operations and staffing requirements.
