Job#: 3051295 RecruiterLong-term contractOnsite 4x a week in San Antonio, TXThe Talent Sourcer serves as a strategic partner to Executive Recruiting, responsible for building and engaging high-caliber leadership pipelines aligned to current and future business priorities. This role integrates market intelligence, proactive talent mapping, and consultative candidate engagement to support complex, high-impact searches while strengthening candidate slates and delivering a consistent, executive-level candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for senior candidates, delivering a compelling, brand-aligned introduction to the organization.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
- Partner with Executive Recruiters and hiring leaders to define success profiles, target organizations, and critical capabilities.
- Translate business priorities into targeted sourcing strategies, including competitor mapping, adjacent industry identification, and talent segmentation.
- Develop and maintain executive talent pipelines for immediate and future leadership needs.
- Execute tailored outreach to senior candidates aligned to experience, motivations, and long-term career goals.
- Conduct exploratory conversations and assessments to evaluate leadership scope, drivers, and organizational fit.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and candidate documentation in Workday.
- Develop key recruiting deliverables, including interview guides, candidate summaries, and stakeholder briefings.
- Support recruiting workflows (approvals, documentation, relocation) with consistency and accuracy.
- Operate as an integrated partner across the full search lifecycle (alignment, sourcing, calibration, and slate development).
- Support delivery of diverse, high-caliber candidate slates aligned to organizational priorities.
- Execute discreet sourcing strategies for confidential searches with strict confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- 4+ years of full life cycle Talent Acquisition experience required
- Experience with Workday ATS system preferred
- Experience in petroleum, utilities, manufacturing or related fields preferred
