Role:
The Recruiter at Integrated Real Estate Group plays a key role in attracting top talent for both corporate, construction and community teams. This individual must excel in time management, stay organized, and create a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. They are responsible for overseeing a smooth and efficient recruitment process and energizing candidates about the organization's employment value proposition.
Responsibilities include:
The Recruiter will be assigned management, leadership, or future leadership positions to full-cycle recruit, based on organizational needs and priorities. Collaborate with hiring managers to review their job descriptions, details, interview process, budgeted pay range, etc. Collaborate with the HR Coordinator to ensure positions are posted accurately, consistently, and maintained. Review and screen resumes received from applicants to identify strong candidates, while updating the applicant's profile in the ATS to reflect their status. Actively source candidates in LinkedIn Recruiter. Reach out to potential candidates through the ATS discuss job opportunities, assess their interest, and pre-qualify them. Independently interview and evaluate qualified, strong candidates, by phone, in-person or Microsoft TEAMs. Send notes and resumes of qualified candidates to the Hiring Manager and/ or team for their review. Coordinate the entire interview process as the liaison between candidates and interviewers. Discuss verbal offers with candidates and execute the offer letters. Report to Hiring Manager and HR Director on the status of open positions weekly. Update the ATS with candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring decisions. Update job descriptions (add tasks or modify requirements, as needed) Participate in college job fairs, as needed. Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the company's employer brand through social media, job fairs, and other outreach efforts. Regularly assess the recruitment process and make improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting. Experience using various interview strategies and platforms. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Experience with JazzHR preferred, not required.
