Talent Acquisition Specialist (64083) Sugar Land, TX 77478 Apply Overview Salary Range $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 Position Type Full Time Category Talent Acquisition Apply Description About The Role We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is crucial for attracting and hiring top talent across all departments, from Field Leadership to Corporate roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding, and a passion for building teams that drive business success. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and set recruitment priorities. Utilize various sourcing methods to build a consistent pipeline of candidates for current and future openings. Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. Communicate with candidates in a prompt and timely manner throughout the interview process Negotiate offers and assist with the onboarding process. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting trends, competitor strategies, and best practices. Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's attractiveness to potential candidates. #MLTA1
Qualifications Qualifications:
5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a fast-paced corporate environment- Retail or Sales Recruiting experience preferred. Experience in achieving KPI's based around placements per month, time to fill, screens, interviews and overall candidate & hiring manager experience. Self-motivated, Metrics drive & passion around urgency of hire. Ability to manage a diverse range of roles including Corporate based leadership. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently. A self-starter with a high level of initiative, flexibility, and the ability to work independently. Share job details to
