• 50/hour | 6-Month Contract A leading global sports and consumer products organization is seeking two experienced Contract Recruiters to support hiring efforts at its large manufacturing and warehouse facility in Sunnyvale, TX.

This is a hands-on, fully onsite opportunity focused on recruiting across manufacturing, maintenance, warehouse, customer service, quality control, and other operational functions . The ideal candidate has 5+ years of recruiting experience , thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes a highly relationship-driven approach. This team is looking for someone who enjoys being visible within the business, partnering directly with hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

3 rounds with a quick turnaround Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of manufacturing and operational positions Recruit across maintenance, manufacturing, warehouse, customer service, quality control, skilled trades, and related functions Partner closely with hiring managers and site leadership to understand headcount needs, priorities, and hiring timelines Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, workforce organizations, trade schools, job fairs, and community partnerships Build strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive experience throughout the recruiting process Maintain an active presence within the facility and proactively connect with hiring managers to keep searches moving Screen candidates for qualifications, schedule flexibility, reliability, and overall fit Manage candidate flow from initial outreach through offer and start date Support high-volume hiring needs and adjust quickly to changing business priorities Maintain accurate recruiting data and candidate information within the ATS Qualifications 5+ years of recruiting experience within a fast-paced environment Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, operations, warehouse, skilled trades, or other high-volume positions Comfortable managing multiple requisitions and shifting priorities Strong sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn and Indeed Experience with applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse experience is a plus Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Approachable, proactive, and comfortable engaging directly with hiring managers and candidates Ability to work with urgency while maintaining a positive candidate experience Comfortable working fully onsite within a manufacturing/warehouse environment Fluency in Spanish required for one of the two openings
